Do you like music? Do you like to support your school? Do you not have plans for Saturday night? If you answered yes to any of these questions, the Cranston High School East Thunderbolt Marching Band and Emerald Encore wants you to join them Saturday, October 7th at 6pm at the Thunderbolt Invitational. The field show is titled “Shades of Latin” featuring music from Pitbull and J-Lo. This event will take place at the Cranston Stadium and will include performances from other schools including Dartmouth High School and King Philip Regional High School. Tickets are $8.00 for students and $10.00 for adults. Doors open at 5pm. Hope to see you there!

 

Light the Night” program will be held the entire month of October. This program benefits people with blood cancers. If you would like to be involved see Ms.Conte or Mr. Hurst. Donations can be given at any time to a student council member or Ms. Conte and Mr. Hurst.

 

Anyone interested in joining this year’s girls or boys swim team, there will be a very short meeting afterschool at dismissal in room 148.

 

The class of 2020 is having a car wash on Saturday October 21st 2017 here at East. Tickets are $5 and will run 9am-12pm. Tickets will be sold by class of 2020 members. Please e-mail Ms. Hart for more info.

 

Like design? Interested in photography? Like reporting? If you are and have Bolts Pride – Yearbook is for you! Come to the first meeting on Friday October 13th in room 122. The meeting will last approximately 35 minutes.

 

There will be a organizational meeting of the Reflections Literary Magazine on Thursday afternoon, October 12 at 2 pm in room 317.  Please come and join us as we begin another year for this great Cranston East publication. See Mrs. Wahlberg in room 317 for more information
