Bulletin March 28, 2017

The Class of 2019 is hosting a calendar raffle for the month of April. You have until the last day of March to purchase a calendar. The cost is $10 a calendar, but there are 25 chances to win a prize of at least a $20 value, and up to a $150 value. Please see a Class of 2019 council member or Mr. Maynard in room 403 to purchase your calendar.

Attention Students: Do you owe library fines?  From now until March 31, you can get a break on your fines while also helping out the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  Come to the library and make a $1.00 or more donations and your entire overdue fine will be erased.  Don't delay - this will only be happening this week.

There are two weeks left before the deadline for the Reflections Literary Magazine Annual Short Story contest.  Please get your story into Mrs. Wahlberg in room 317 or drop off in the library before Friday, April 7th.  Please make sure your name and your homeroom number are on your story.  Good Luck!

Are you looking for community service opportunities? Woodridge Elementary School needs high school volunteers for their annual 5K Road Race to raise money for their technology fund. The race is on April 1st. Woodridge Elementary School also needs ten high school students to volunteer to help during the Variety Show on May 18th. If you are interested it either of these community service opportunities, please see Mrs. DiCicco in OSS. All community service opportunities will also be available to view on the CHSE calendar.

Students - Come to a movie and board game afternoon in the CHSE Library after school on Friday April 7th.  We will be showing "Finding Dory" and tickets are only $2 per person.  There will be refreshments for sale and other activities to do, and it is sure to be a fun afternoon for everyone!  Proceeds will benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and A Wish Come True. Don't miss out - purchase your ticket in the CHSE Library today!
